History
Family-owned information technology (IT) solutions provider Micaela, Inc. was formed in 1998 in Coconut Creek, Florida, by president/CEO Monica H. Van Ormer. The company has operated continuously under the same management providing IT solutions and services to businesses, professions, and  a number of vertical markets including healthcare, retail, restaurants, and salons and spas.

The guiding principles of the company have been, and continue to be, emphasis on honesty, integrity, fairness, adherence to a Code of Ethics, the importance of family, and service to our customers.

Micaela, Inc. has locations in south Florida and the Tampa Bay area.



Our IT Solution Approach
Starting with an understanding of customer objectives, timeline, and budget, Micaela, Inc. designs and implements a comprehensive IT solution that combines computer hardware, operating systems, application software, peripherals, networking, training, technical expertise, and support. We work in partnership with a number of respected companies.

Systems are typically configured, burned-in, and stress-tested at our facilities prior to delivery to the customer. During this pre-delivery phase, the customer's staff is usually granted remote access to the system for familiarization, feedback, and pre-installation training.

After delivery, system verification, on-site training, and technical support promote a smooth transition to the new system.
